LiNK lipdub - Katy Perry ft. Snoop Dogg - California Gurls

TKT Academy at the Saxion Enschede! Lipdub recorded by students! This lipdub can be ranked among the classics of the genre:
with  Katy Perry's song  "California Gurls". these people  have certainly had a good time. Fiesta!!!!

It's like a colorful big party, with some young boys and girls asking for  LOL and dancing at school.

The scenes are sometimes provocative, girls with the top black, a boy with bikini, a boy with a big... under the raincoat, without true relationship to the video, we mean they was included only for fun.

Personally, we think these young people have certainly had a good time shooting it, and moreover it's a first day youtube big success. Congrats!!!

Lip Dub - Maastricht University - SBE 2010

This Lip dub  was made by students and teachers from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. It was recorded on June 21st.

We don't think the SBE could find a better viral than this one, but we have watched it seven times to find out this lip dub success’ secret, but we haven’t found.

It’s pretty nice and quite well done, but the most original we found was the ride through Maastricht’s streets but nothing else remarkable and/or funny.

But despite what we think, people are free and set this video (with 20000 views in 5 days) among most watched on YouTube. Our big respect and props to creators, executors and supporters.

Our sincere congrats.

How a lip dub is prepare (III) - Last call

We are only a few days away from not only the biggest event UVic has seen in almost 20 years, but also one of the largest movie shoots to ever happen in Victoria! You will be there when we make history and break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD!

If you haven’t made up your mind on whether you are attending the massive UVic Lipdub filming this Saturday – if this doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what will (http://lipdubtube.blogspot.com/2010/07/lipdub-hey-soul-sister-uvic-2010.html). You have the opportunity to make history and set a Guinness World Record...and you get FREE FOOD by just dancing, lip-syncing and having fun!

A couple of last minute pieces of information:

1. FREE FOOD AND DRINKS will be provided. We only have enough food for the first 3000 people who register in the morning (we will provide you with a meal ticket), so make sure you register early (see registration info below).

2. PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD – we only have one shot to do this and break the GUINNESS RECORD. Show your LIPDUB SUPPORT and change your PROFILE PHOTO to the Lipdub poster, change your status, INVITE all of your friends to the Facebook event/group, talk about it with everyone you see, CHALKBOARD your classrooms, and, if you feel brave enough, talk about it in front of your classes.

3. We are raising money for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the United Way – if you can afford to bring a few bucks that would be awesome!

4. Registration goes from 7:15am until 8:30am – please try to be in your assigned classroom by 8:30 (see assignments here: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=36108808&l=bf4ba8e194&id=122500768). We need you to register in order for us to keep track of individuals so that we have an exact number of participants to send to Guinness for our world record attempt!

5. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring props – if you want to set up your living room outside of the SUB, or you want to bring a floatie so you can lounge around in the fountain (or anything else you want to bring) please do so!

6. This will be happening RAIN or SHINE. We are hoping that it will be sunny (or overcast)...however this is Victoria and I can’t guarantee we won’t be hit by a couple of raindrops. If it is raining, we will keep you warm and dry!

7. Please try to learn the choreography before coming to campus.

8. Dress up in something colourful and/or crazy. We want to make this FUN and EXCITING (think “slightly toned down Lady Gaga concert”). Again, please no LOGOS or large graphics on your shirt (except for UVic, Vikes etc.).

A HUGE thanks to all of the volunteers of this project, as well as the groups and businesses that have provided us with financial support and food/drinks for the day’s events – UVSS, Pepsi, Redbull, Student Care, UVic Bookstore, Ali Baba’s Pizza, Hot House Pizza, UVic Printing Services, The Ocean, JackFM, The Zone, Department of French, Department of Physics, Department of Child and Youth Care, the Faculty of Continuing Studies, and the University of Victoria Executive of Student Affairs. Our BIGGEST THANKS goes to ACLARA PROMOTIONS and Chris Ruffell who will be doing all of the filming and editing of our video – check them out at http://tiny.cc/zgbli or www.AclaraPromotions.com .

Again, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to shoot me an email or call me (250-418-5450). Thanks for your help in promoting this. See you on Saturday!!!

Official Lady Gaga "Alejandro" LipDub Madrid

Madrid's Gaga fans shot, just for fun, this Lip Dub that is sweeping Youtube. With 38,000 views in three days, far from official videos of Lady Gaga but it's a dream come true.

About one hundred people made up this lip dub, whose dress fits perfectly with Lady Gaga's style. Undoubtedly, this can reach the artist, after all, the final goal of self-described "little monsters Madrid."

The lip dub's best thing, apart from Gaga's look or good lip sync, is the dancers' group that reflect work and admiration of these Lady Gaga's devoted fans. Lip dub shot set was between Madrid's Almudena Cathedral and Palacio Real.

The fact is very simple, but very powerful: They (little monsters Madrid) want to meet Gaga in Madrid or Barcelona December's show. Will they lucky?

We want to wish them the best! Good luck!

Lipdub - ESADE MBA - Don't Stop Me Now - Queen

250 participants from 45 different countries present from Barcelona's ESADE MBA this lip dub, which unexpectedly is one of the most viewed on youtube. Surprise!!!

The song chosen for the video was "Don't stop me now" by Queen, the same as people from Barcelona's Fnac chose. Is this a coincidence?

We are surprised as the lighting goes from bad to very good, and especially the use of the old movie effect which has nothing to do with the video.

This lip dub has good and hard things. Among the good things we can highlight nice lip's movement, bubbles at the entry, song's lyrics writte on the floor, people with lanterns at stairs, skaters, tap dancers. Among the less successful would be the scene of the lift, we believe it's a bit long and breaks the video's rhythm. On the other hand performers, sometimes, remain far from camera.

Nevertheless, video is pretty good, we are shocked and, through this lip dub, we have discovered the Barcelona ESADE MBA .

Very good job, guys. B grade.

The project, spearheaded by Vijay Jeyapalan (VP Communications), Sacha Nadeau (2010 Orientation Chair) and Ryan Sargent (VP Finance & Operations) saw over 200 participants, including members of the Mount Allison Athletics Department, come out for the filming.

Boston College LipDub - September 2010

When we saw this lip dub 4 days ago, we thought it was nice but not enough to be a viral one. We were absolutely wrong because, as you can see, it has raised 20000 views in five days, that's awesome!!

With the Coldplay song "Viva la vida" and only a day of planning, Boston College made a Lip Dub that stands up pretty well to some that put in months of preparation. Is this only luck? We don't believe it we think it's a great Job!

The Undergraduate Government of Boston College creates the first Lip Dub of the year for Boston College.

They are planning a sequel for October.
